Product detailed description

LOTO Lockey 76mm Steel Shackle Non-Conductive Body - Extended Security with Straight Edge

Provide comprehensive security and reliable lockout with our Lockey LOTO padlock featuring an extra-long 76mm steel shackle and non-conductive nylon body. This hybrid lock is designed for effective Lockout Tagout (LOTO) systems where both the robustness of steel and protection against electrical hazards are required, and the shackle length is sufficient for larger equipment or multiple lockout points.

Why choose this extended LOTO Lockey?

• Combination of materials for optimal protection:

Non-conductive nylon body: Provides protection against electrical shock, is lightweight, corrosion and chemical resistant.

Extended 76mm steel shackle (6mm diameter): Provides excellent strength and resistance to mechanical damage and cutting attempts. The long shackle also allows for locking larger devices or multiple locking points.

• Key Retention Security Feature: The key cannot be removed until the lock is fully engaged. This key feature prevents key loss and ensures that the lock is always properly applied.

• Ergonomic design with straight edge: The practical shape makes the lock easy to handle, install and store, contributing to work efficiency.

• High durability in harsh conditions: The lock is designed to withstand harsh industrial environments, including temperature extremes (from -20°C to +120°C) and UV radiation.

• Optimized for LOTO: Standard Keyed Differ keying ensures that one key unlocks only one specific lock – essential for clarity and control in complex LOTO systems.

• Wide range of applications: Ideal for securing large machinery, wide valves, multiple switches or any risk points where preventing accidents and unauthorized access is key.

• Personalization options: We offer the option of engraving individual names, numbers or company logos for easy identification and efficient management of your locks.

• Meets the requirements of:

  • Directive 2009/104/EC
  • Directive 2006/42/EC
  • standards ČSN EN ISO 14118
  • American standard OSHA Title 29 CFR Part 1910.147
