Lockey Ball Valve Cap – Robust Protection for Small Ball Valves

Provide reliable protection for smaller ball valves with our Lockey ball valve lockout, designed for sizes from 1/4" (6.35 mm) to 1" (25.4 mm). This robust LOTO element is key to safely and effectively locking lever ball valves, reliably preventing tampering and ensuring safe operation during maintenance.

Why is this small Lockey ball valve cap necessary?

• Ideal for small valves: The cap is designed specifically for small ball valves with a closing lever with pipe diameters up to 25.4 mm (1").

• Robust construction: Made of hardened, powder-coated steel, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage and harsh industrial conditions.

• Group Lockout Option: Larger variants (SBVL02) are equipped with up to 15 lock holes, allowing for effective group locking (Group Lockout).

• Easy application: The cap is easily attached to the valve lever and secured with a padlock (with a shackle diameter of 7.5 mm or 9.8 mm), preventing it from being opened or closed.

• Improved safety: Reliably prevents unintentional triggering or release of the medium, protecting workers from injuries.

• Choice of three sizes:

  • SBVL01 - 84mm×60mm, ⌀ Lock hole: 9.8mm, 6 lock holes
  • SBVL02 - 155mm×110mm, ⌀ Lock hole: 9.8mm, 7 lock holes
  • SBVL02-2 - 155mm×110mm, ⌀ Lock hole: 7.5mm, 15 lock holes
