This LOTO feature is designed to lock out valves, switches and electrical circuit breakers in situations where standard locks or latches cannot be used. Its flexible design allows for locking out even irregular and difficult-to-access devices.

• Versatile and flexible: The strong yet flexible plastic-coated steel cable easily adapts to different shapes and sizes. It is ideal for locking multiple valves at once, electrical distribution boards or hoses with quick-connect fittings.

• High durability: The lock body is made of durable plastic (PA), which resists mechanical damage, chemicals and temperatures in the range of -20°C to +90°C. The cable is protected against corrosion.

• Simple and quick application: The lock is easy to operate even with gloves and allows the application of 2 locks with a maximum shackle diameter of 8mm and 6mm, which is key for team LOTO procedures.

• Improved work safety: The lock reliably prevents unauthorized manipulation and provides a clear visual warning that the device is under LOTO lockout.

• Dimensions of the LOTO element: W 39mm - H 66.5mm - D 14mm, ø of the hole for the lock 8mm and 6mm. The cable length is 300mm and the diameter is 1.5mm.
